How is this different from a course?

A course teaches you something on a fixed timeline. The Studio is a workshop you can drop into when you need it. There's no 'complete the modules in order.' You log in, use the tools you need, watch the sessions that are relevant, and leave when you're done.

What if I just want one tool?

Every tool is available as a one-time purchase between $29 and $39. You get permanent access. If you end up using it more than once a month, the All Tools subscription costs less.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. From your account page, no support email needed. If you cancel and come back later, you'll come back at the standard rate — the founding-member discount only holds for as long as you stay subscribed.

How often are new tools added?

Every four to six weeks. Studio and VIP members vote on what gets built next. New tools are included in the All Tools and Studio plans automatically.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes — every session is recorded and added to the replay library that same week. Studio and VIP members get the full archive plus the working files Julie used.

What does VIP get that Studio doesn't?

A monthly 1:1 with Julie (45 minutes), async DMs between sessions, first access to new tools, and priority on requests you flag on the board. VIP is capped at 25 members.

Refunds?

Seven days, no questions. After that, cancel any time and you won't be charged again — but past months don't refund.

I have an idea for a tool — can I send it?

That's what the request board is for. Studio and VIP members get a vote on every item; what gets built next comes from there.
